Privacy Policy

JL Digital Ltd. (“JL Digital,” “we,” “us”) operates jldigital.ca. This policy explains what information the site collects from visitors, why, and what choices you have. It applies to jldigital.ca only. RealtorHub.ai and Bamboo Academy are separate products, each governed by whatever privacy policy is published on its own site.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, and message. Submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc., a third-party form service, and forwarded to us by email. We don’t ask for anything beyond what the form itself shows you.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever your email contains: your address, and anything you write.
The site uses Google Tag Manager and, once configured, Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. This is aggregate usage data, not tied to a name or email unless you separately submit the contact form.
What we don’t do
- No advertising, no ad networks, no ad SDKs.
- No selling or renting your information to anyone.
- No account creation, no passwords, no e-commerce or payment processing on this site.
Who we share it with
Formspree, Inc. processes contact-form submissions on our behalf, as a data processor. Google processes analytics data (Tag Manager / Analytics) under its own terms. We don’t share your information with anyone else, and we don’t use it for any purpose beyond responding to you and understanding how the site is used.
Cookies
Google Tag Manager and Analytics may set cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and measure usage. You can block or clear these through your browser’s own settings at any time; the site works the same either way.
How long we keep it
Contact-form submissions and emails are kept as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for our own business records, then deleted or archived. Analytics data is retained per Google’s own default retention settings.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello (at) jldigital.ca and we’ll act on it directly, no formal process required.
Children’s privacy
This site is a professional services and corporate site, not directed at children. Bamboo Academy, our children’s literacy app, is a separate product with its own privacy policy addressing children’s data specifically.
Governing law
JL Digital Ltd. is incorporated in Ontario, Canada, and this policy is governed by Ontario and Canadian law, including PIPEDA.
Changes to this policy
If how we collect or use information changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
